The Workout Plan

As mentioned earlier, our program lasts for eight weeks, and you don't need to leave your house to participate in the workouts. You will have access to 8 weeks of workouts that will take place six days per week, with Sunday being rest and recovery day. Listed below is the workout plan:

Monday - IGNITE Tabata Strong45 Live or On Demand Workout

Tuesday - Full Body Strength Workout 1

Wednesday - Cardio, IGNITE Workout or Active Recovery

Thursday - IGNITE Tabata Strong45 Live or On Demand Workout

Friday - Full Body Strength Workout 2

Saturday - Cardio

Sunday - Rest/Recovery Day
