What we’ll cover
Get a complete full-body workout without any equipment! Our classes use your own body weight as resistance to target all major muscle groups. Choose from sessions lasting 15 to 30 minutes for a challenging, but doable workout that fits your schedule. min.

Cancellation
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Changes made with 24+ hours’ notice can be rescheduled at no charge. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as a session (except for true emergencies). If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to use the remaining time, but sessions will still end at the scheduled time so we can stay on schedule. Thank you for understanding — this helps us keep consistent time available for all clients.
