A common challenge moms face is hectic mornings, busy lives, and setting the correct tone for the day. You must kickstart your day correctly so you have the energy and ability to tackle whatever the day throws at you.
So, you can easily overcome the day's challenges and bounce back from setbacks with resilience!

Okay, let’s dive in…
Quick Stretch & Breathing Exercises
Stretching helps to wake up your muscles and increase blood flow, stretching for just 5-10 minutes at the beginning of your day can be an absolute game-changer!
Not to mention, deep breathing exercises can reduce stress and increase focus, which I’m sure we all need more of….
Start with a simple stretch, reaching your arms overhead and stretching from side to side. Try different poses that resonate with you the most.
For example cat-cow, child’s pose, or downward dog.
Feel free to watch a tutorial online to learn more about which stretches you can try!
Finish your stretch with 2-3 minutes of deep breathing, inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
HIIT Workouts
High-intensity interval Training workouts are perfect for busy schedules as a mum, you can get a quick and effective workout even with a packed schedule.
Warm your body up with jumping jacks or jogging in place.
Perform a circuit of exercises such as squats, push-ups, burpees, or whatever movement brings you the most joy and excitement!
I have so many workouts in my membership which I would happily share with you.
Repeat the circuit of chosen exercises 2-3 times and then cool down with light stretching.
Mindfulness & Gratitude Practice
Starting your day with mindfulness can enhance your emotional well-being and set a positive mindset for the day ahead.
Here’s how you can practice it…
Sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes. Spend a minute focusing on your breath, then shift your focus to thoughts of gratitude.
Think about what you’re grateful for, visualize 3 things you’re most grateful for, and spend time being thankful for them.
Is it a person in your life? An opportunity that has shown itself? The ability to move your body in a way that makes you feel good?

Healthy Breakfast
A nutritious breakfast fuels your body and brain, providing the energy you need to handle the morning's tasks efficiently.
Mornings can be hectic for moms, you must be properly fueled and energized for it.
Prepare a balanced breakfast that is nourishing and delicious and honor your body with good food!
Include protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates. Find food you enjoy that also nourishes and fuels you.
Consider prepping breakfast the night before if you have a busy morning ahead of you.
Organization
Take at least a few minutes to plan your day to be as stress-free, and productive as possible!
It can make all the difference; I promise it’s worth doing.
You could use a planner or a journal to jot down your top priorities for the day, list at least 3.
Make a to-do list with the 3 top priorities being the most urgent to complete and ensure that your plan for the day is realistic.
Allocate specific time blocks for each task if possible as this helps with productivity.
