Your normal routine changes.
The kids or grandkids are around more.
Travel schedules interrupt your week.
Weekends blend into weekdays.
Meals become less predictable.
Workouts become easier to postpone.

And when your plan works with your schedule instead of against it, consistency becomes far easier to maintain.
Your Routine Doesn't Need to Be Perfect
If summer has disrupted your workouts, nutrition, or healthy habits, take a breath.
You haven't ruined anything.
